Policies and Terms of Service

Please read the following terms of service carefully, once you’ve read them in their entirety, fill in your information at the bottom of the page.

Payment

All payment is due at or before the date of the photoshoot. No photos will be delivered until payment in full is received.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve the photoshoot date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the client needs to reschedule the photoshoot a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. Deposit policies may be adjusted for Covid-19 related cancellations

Cancellations / No Shows

If the client cancels a photoshoot within 48 hours of the shoot they will forfeit their deposit or pay 25% of the total shoot cost. If the client no-shows the shoot, they may be terminated as a client and their deposit will not be refunded. Alternatively, they may be able to reschedule after paying the full shoot fee.

Image Ownership

Once payment is made in full, joint ownership of the images is issued to the client. As the photographer, I retain the right to use all photos taken in my portfolio and promotion material to help grow my business.

Liability

If the client or other parties are injured at the photoshoot or event location, the photographer will not be held liable for any damages.

Creative License

Photography is creative work, I will do my best to accommodate style and editing suggestions to best serve my clients, but at the end of the day, I retain the right to make the final call on all creative decisions.

Scope of Work

Some projects may result in additional work that was not included in the initial quote. If this happens, that work will be quoted to the client and an additional agreement will be reached before any additional work may be completed.
